Mount Olive College Students Talk about Job Opportunities
MOUNT OLIVE – Students and community members had an opportunity to talk with over 50 local and regional employers, as well as representatives from 5 graduate schools at Mount Olive College’s Career Fair on Thursday. The annual event provides attendees the opportunity to network, practice interview skills and discuss job opportunities, summer internships, and co-ops. “The Career and Job Fair offered our students and alumni the opportunity to continue developing their career paths and learn specifics about the industry in which they plan to work, talk with someone currently working in that field of interest, establish employment contacts and even obtain employment,” stated Ann Peacock, Director of the Career Center at Mount Olive College. Mount Olive College is a private institution rooted in the liberal arts tradition with defining Christian values. The College, sponsored by the Convention of Original Free Will Baptists, has locations in Mount Olive, New Bern, Wilmington, Goldsboro, Research Triangle Park and Washington.
